Daniel Ryn, born Daniel Didyasarin, is a Thai-American singer-songwriter from Bangkok, Thailand. He began his career as the vocalist and guitarist for the indie rock band Penny Time, which debuted in 2015 and disbanded in 2018.
Daniel launched his solo project Daniel Ryn in 2020, marking a shift towards a distinctive blend of indie pop, dream pop, alternative, rock, and new wave. He was signed to Smallroom Music from 2022 until May 2025, during which he released several acclaimed singles and built a stronger presence in Thailand’s independent music scene.
