1. Overview

Welcome to our store. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Pre-order Policy

Most of our items are sold as pre-orders and are made specifically for each customer.
Please check the estimated production and shipping timeline on the product page.
⛔ Orders cannot be canceled after the pre-order period ends.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

You can request changes (such as size or address) or cancel your order only during the pre-order period.
Once production has started, we are unable to make any modifications.

4. Production & Shipping

• Production takes 7–21 business days, depending on the item.

• Once ready, we ship within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery time varies by location.

• 📦 Shipped via Thailand Post or FedEx (for international orders).

5. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be provided on your order page or via email/chat on the shipping day.
Please make sure to check your inbox after your order has been shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds

All products are final sale (no refunds or exchanges) unless:

• The item is defective

• You received the wrong product

In those cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or hasn’t arrived within 7 days of receiving the tracking number, please reach out and we’ll help you follow up with the courier.

8. International Shipping

International shipping is a flat rate and handled via FedEx Express.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes in their own countries.
