Thinkwear Store Refund Policy (Shopify)

Refund Conditions

  • If the company is unable to deliver the ordered product, a full refund will be issued without any deductions.
  • If the customer cancels an order, a refund will be processed with a 4.5% deduction for payment processing fees.
  • Once the product has been shipped, refunds will not be possible under any circumstances.

Refund Processing Time

  • For credit card payments: Refunds will be issued only to the name and account number of the original purchaser. The processing time is approximately 15-20 business days, depending on the billing cycle of the customer’s credit card provider.
  • For Internet Banking payments: Refunds will be issued only to the name and account number of the original purchaser. The processing time is approximately 7 business days.
