1. Processing Time
Most items are made to order under a pre-order system. Please check the estimated shipping date on each product page before placing your order.
⏳ Orders typically take 7–21 business days to produce and prepare (excluding weekends and public holidays).

2. Shipping Time
Once your order is ready, we will ship it within 1–3 business days.
📮 We use Thailand Post and FedEx, depending on the destination country.

3. Tracking Number
You’ll receive a tracking number via email or chat (depending on your order channel) on the shipping day.
📌 Please check your inbox or message box the day after your shipping date.

4. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is lost or not delivered within 7 days after receiving the tracking number, please contact us for assistance.
